In the absence of curative procedures, arthritis patients are obliged to endure multiple painful injections each year over their lifetime. Often these injections are not efficacious, because the doctor, using a manual syringe, may have difficulty locating the intra-articular space or injecting the appropriate volume of hyaluronic acid or other medicament into that space. In an independent animal study, The CompuFlo® Instrument has proven successful in administering medicaments into the intra-articular space using its computer-controlled pressure sensing capabilities.
Cosmetic Surgery Injections
The CompuFlo Instrument with DPS Dynamic Pressure Sensing Technology® System provides an objective tool that can consistently and accurately maintain the optimal pressure for the placement of botox injections into soft facial tissue. The controlled pressure can be regulated to minimize pain for patients. Moreover, our patented hand piece designs can prevent needle deflection, enabling the practitioner to better identify the specific location for placement. A comfortable stylus grip, in combination with a precision syringe pump, allows for faster, more precise and painless injections.
